The DMV always shows out at USA Weightlifting national level competitions, and we consistently produce some of the top athletes in the country. That’s why each year, we’ll be crowning our own DMV Champions by way of the WSO Championships.

2026 Championships
The 2026 Championships are scheduled for September 19-20, 2026 at All Grit Athletics in Suffolk, VA! The area's premier event is excited to be heading to Tidewater for the very first time. This event will sell out, so do not delay and register today!​

Hotel Block
We've secured a hotel block for everyone traveling out of town at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chesapeake Suffolk. Rates are only $129 per night for two queen beds.
