WSO COMMITTEE

The DMV Weightlifting Committee consists of elected volunteers. Three are athlete representatives and the remaining are at-large representatives. The Committee can often be found wandering around at local meets across DC, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware, coaching athletes, competing themselves, volunteering behind the scenes, or helping new athletes and coaches.
