WSO BOARD

The DMV Weightlifting Board consists of elected volunteers. Three are athlete representatives and the remaining are at-large representatives. The Board can often be found wandering around at local meets across DC, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware, coaching athletes, competing themselves, volunteering behind the scenes, or helping new athletes and coaches.
