As the DMV’s Weightlifting State Organization, our goal is to promote the sport of weightlifting across DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware. Whether it’s through hosting and promoting USAW-sanctioned meets, maintaining records, or spotlighting local athletes, we strive to foster a sense of community that brings together athletes of all levels, coaches, and fans.
