Welcome to the home of USA Weightlifting’s WSO for the DMV area. As the DMV’s Weightlifting State Organization, our goal is to promote the sport of weightlifting across DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware. Whether it’s through hosting and promoting USAW-sanctioned meets, maintaining records, or spotlighting local athletes, we strive to foster a sense of community that brings together athletes of all levels, coaches, and fans.
